The Board of Directors at miniEnterprize is responsible for the financial, legal, and strategic oversight of the organization, as well as ensuring miniEnterprize's dedication to its mission and mandate. The Board is comprised of former Executive members offering a diverse portfolio of skills and experience.
We are committed to responsible development in our local and global community, specifically focusing on fostering entrepreneurship, development, and learning.

CHAIR OF THE BOARD
Megan serves as the Chairwoman of miniEnterprize’s Board of Directors. She has previously been involved within miniEnterprize as Chair of the Executive Team in 2019 and as a delegate in prior years. As Chairwoman of the Board, Megan focuses on ensuring that all miniEnterprize legal and financial responsibilities are met.
Megan recently graduated from the Honours Business Administration program at Western University Ivey Business School. Professionally, Megan now works in finance in Los Angeles, California

| Andrea Lui
Managing Director of the Board
Andrea started her involvement with miniEnterprize in 2020 and went on to serve as Chair of the Executive Team of miniEnterprize 2022, implementing the first-ever hybrid iteration of the conference. As Managing Director of the Board, she is a close liaison to the executive team as an overseer of finances, logistics and risk.
Andrea is currently an undergraduate student at New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business studying finance and data science with a minor in business of entertainment, media and technology. In the future, Andrea aspires to pursue a career in investment banking.
