The Board of Directors at miniEnterprize is responsible for the financial, legal, and strategic oversight of the organization, as well as ensuring miniEnterprize's dedication to its mission and mandate. The Board is comprised of former Executive members offering a diverse portfolio of skills and experience.
We are committed to responsible development in our local and global community, specifically focusing on fostering entrepreneurship, development, and learning.

CHAIR OF THE BOARD
Megan serves as the Chair of miniEnterprize’s Board of Directors. She has previously been involved within miniEnterprize as Chair of the Executive Team in 2019 and as a delegate in prior years. As Chair of the Board, Megan focuses on ensuring that all miniEnterprize legal and financial responsibilities are met.
Megan is currently an undergraduate student at Western University and she is pursuing the Honours Business Administration program at Ivey Business School. Professionally, Megan is aiming to pursue a career in Finance.

| Albert Chen
VICE CHAIR OF THE BOARD
Having been involved with miniEnterprize as an attendee and on the Executive Team since 2018, Albert is excited to serve as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors. His main responsibilities include facilitating communication between the Executive Team and the Board of Directors, supporting the Chair in legal and financial responsibilities, and providing overall mentorship.

Albert is currently an undergraduate student at New York University’s Stern School of Business, concentrating in Finance and Data Science. In the future, Albert aspires to pursue a career in Finance.

| Kevin Wang
DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY
Having served on miniEnterprize’s Executive team in 2019 as the Director of the Conference, Kevin currently acts as the Board's Director of Strategy. On miniEnterprize's Board of Directors, Kevin focuses on leading the strategic oversight of the organization as a whole, and ensuring that the Executive team upholds miniEnterprize's mandate.

Currently, Kevin is an Economics student at Western University pursuing the Honours Business Administration program at Ivey Business School. In the future, he plans to pursue a career in the financial markets.

| Geoffrey Xie
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Currently attending Western University as an Honours of Business Administration candidate, Geoffrey serves as the Director of Finance for miniEnterprize's Board. Bringing forth his experience as a competitor and Director of Administration from miniEnterprize 2020, Geoffrey oversees the conference's spending, budgeting, and financial statements.
Upon entering the Ivey School of Business, Geoffrey hopes to pursue a professional career in Finance and wishes to use his experience towards helping miniEnterprize reach its long-term vision.

| Lincoln Lee
MANAGING DIRECTOR
With involvement as an executive member since 2019, Lincoln now serves on miniEnterprize as Managing Director. Lincoln is a close liaison to the executive team as an overseer of on-the-ground operations and educational initiatives.

Lincoln is currently an undergraduate student at the University of British Columbia and intends to specialize in computer science.

| Joyce Chen
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Joyce’s involvement with miniEnterprize began in 2019; today, she draws on her past experiences as Vice Chair to serve as Managing Director of the Board of Directors. Her main responsibilities include liaising between the miniEnterprize Executive Team and Board, as well as overseeing educational initiatives that will broaden the conference’s future trajectory.
Joyce is currently an undergraduate student at Harvard University and intends to concentrate in Government. In the future, she hopes to combine her knowledge of economics and international affairs on the political stage.
