About us
miniEnterprize 2024 is Vancouver’s premier business conference, that serves as a uniquely professional outlet for all high school students to experience the thrill of financial literacy and critical thinking in a hands-on environment. This event will be hosted in-person by the University of British Columbia at the UBC Sauder School of Business in February 2024, with a projected attendance of 400+ attendees.

Presenting Tier Benefits
Recognition in Open/Closing Ceremonies
Your business will be visually and verbally praised by a miniEnterprize executive member during both opening and closing ceremonies. As focal parts of the event, your brand is guaranteed to gain awareness from all attendees and distinguished guests.
Recognition in all Email Blasts
For every email blast sent to our 500+ contacts leading up to the day of, your logo and link will be featured to maximize an online appearance with all attendees.
Bi-weekly Newsletter Promotion
In addition to receiving recognition in all miniEnterprize emails, separate promotional emails that feature a brief description of our Gold and Platinum Tier sponsors will be dispatched bi-weekly to our attendees; thus, increasing your brand's visibility to a large demographic of talented youth.
Workshop Name Association
You will have the fine option of associating your sponsorship with one of the many workshop at miniEnterprize that best aligns with your company’s industry. All mentions of the workshop will coincide with “brought to you by [your company]”, thereby strengthening the authenticity of your brand name.
Personalized Virtual Stock Simulation Awards
During closing ceremony, you will have the privilege to bestow the winners of miniEnterprize's Virtual Stock Simulator personalized award certificates. All certificates will boast "sponsored by [your company]", bringing immense recognition to your organization in front of our 400+ in-person attendees.
Personalized Conference Signs/Posters
Platinum tier sponsors will have the opportunity to place a brand sign or banner next to our registration booth, post paper flyers around on walls, and expose any other of their own physical visuals, thus reinforcing your brand name.
Closing Ceremony Speech
As a Platinum sponsor, you will have the option to send a representative to speak on behalf of your company during the closing ceremony. This is an effective method of solidifying your brand’s presence within a community of Vancouver’s brightest youth.
Optional Networking Exhibition Booth
During lunch hour, miniEnterprize’s Networking Opportunity Fair will be open to anyone to mingle with local organizations and fellow industry professionals. Send representatives to setup a booth as a means to interact with young, promising individuals and expand your company’s network. You may wish to distribute branded materials as a tangible reminder of your company.
Optional Category Exclusivity
We acknowledge that you may wish to remain the sole sponsor from your respective industry. As such, we are flexible with category exclusivity for any sponsorship tier for an additional $500 to your original offer. All Platinum and Presenting sponsors are entitled to the purchase of this option.
Fully Customizable and Tailored Sponsorship Package
This unique program allows for sponsorship benefits to be tailored for your specific business; as a Presenting sponsor, you are entitled to customize your package by revising the quantity of benefits and negotiating for personalized, exclusively-designed benefits. With a starting price of 4,500$, final sponsorship prices for the Presenting tier will be adjusted according to your customizations.

Conference Presence
All sponsorship tiers offer your logo, description, and link on the miniEnterprize website, an advertisement within the conference handbook that is distributed to all attendees, and all-around social media presence. Digital Handbook Advertisement
All sponsors will be featured in our digital attendee handbook with varying sizes depending on sponsorship tier. This handbook will be featured on our website and distributed to all the delegates that register for miniEnterprize.
